Night Shift Production Supervisor
Location: Mills River, NC
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM (4 – 10 hour shifts)
Our client is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor to oversee production processes, ensure quality and safety standards, and support a high-performing team. This hands-on leadership role requires strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive efficiency and team success.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

Enforce safety regulations and conduct accident investigations

Oversee employees in various roles, including inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators

Plan and coordinate work schedules and assignments

Provide coaching, training, and performance management for employees

Work alongside the team to perform changeovers and optimize production flow

Monitor timekeeping and absenteeism
What You Need to Succeed:

Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience: 3-5 years in a production environment (quality management experience preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to stand for 6-8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in non-temperature-controlled environments
