Consists of hands on instruction and schooling
Friday Services, in partnership with Blue Ridge Community College (BRCC) and area manufacturers, to offer apprenticeship to area workers who receive the free education while working on the job. (Starting pay is $14 an hour with increases per semester. Tuition and books will be covered by the program.)

The Friday Services Apprenticeship Program is recognized by ApprenticeshipNC and is the first employment agency in the area to offer such a program, and the second in the state of North Carolina.
