Administrative Assistant Position Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some Administrative Assistant positions require an Associates or Bachelors Degree
- 2-4 years of Administrative Assistant job experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office software Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Some employers will require knowledge of accounting software, such as Quickbooks
