Play a pivotal role in running the daily functions of our HR department. From hiring and interviewing staff to administering pay, benefits, and leave, you will be at the forefront of shaping our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Champion: Lead the recruitment process by identifying, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions. Collaborate closely with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for each role.

  • Employee Programs: Implement new hire orientation and employee programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.

  • HR Administration: Handle routine tasks related to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and more. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at all times.

  • Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors. Provide guidance and support on complex matters when needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building strong relationships.

  • Proficiency in and passion for all aspects of recruiting.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong time management abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on finding effective solutions. Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Education and Experience:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of human resource management experience required.

  • Knowledge of UKG/ Rippling /Netchex systems preferred.
