Pay Rate: $21.44/hr + DOE
Shift: 1st 6a-2:30p M-F
Schedule: Full-time | Day Shift | Indoor Work Environment
Friday Services is seeking to fill a full-time Assembler position for our client, a leading manufacturer of custom-built HVAC systems in Asheville, NC. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with their hands, can read blueprints, and wants to be part of building something big—literally.

Consistent day shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, Voluntary OT – adds 2 hours to the shift (6a-4:30p)

What You’ll Do:

Assemble HVAC units using fabrication instructions and blueprints

Install walls, roof panels, and mechanical components with precision
-
Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure proper fit and alignment

Work from heights and handle heavy materials as needed

Operate independently while collaborating with a fast-paced, high-functioning team

Maintain a safe workspace and follow all safety protocols
