We are seeking a highly experienced Trust and Estates Administration Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join their Miami, FL office. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 experience to elevate their career within a top-tier legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of trust and estate administration, including probate, asset distribution, and trust funding

  • Communicate regularly with clients, financial planners, and accountants to ensure accurate and timely administration

  • Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and fiduciary accountings

  • Draft deeds and apply working knowledge of Florida probate processes

  • Utilize ONESOURCE/Fast Tax, HotDocs, and Microsoft Word to streamline workflow

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in trust and estate administration

  • Background: Prior experience at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm is strongly preferred

  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and mathematical skills

  • Education: College degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred; JD/paralegal hybrid candidates also considered

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ONESOURCE/Fast Tax, HotDocs, and Microsoft Word

Compensation & Benefits
