Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Admissions and Front Desk Representative to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and leveraging their sales skills to guide potential clients through the admissions process. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our clients from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with inquiries about our services.

  • Admissions Process: Guide new clients through the admissions process, including scheduling initial consultations and assessments, collecting necessary documentation, and providing information about our services and care plans.

  • Sales and Client Engagement: Utilize sales techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of our services and care plans, addressing client concerns and helping them make informed decisions.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage and coordinate appointments for assessments, follow-up visits, and therapy sessions using our scheduling software.

  • Administrative Support: Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Billing and Payments: Assist clients with billing inquiries and process payments.

  • Maintain Front Desk Area: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.

  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding appointment reminders, rescheduling, and follow-up care instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certification preferred.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.

  • Proven background and success in sales, with the ability to engage and convert potential clients.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency with office software and experience with scheduling and billing systems.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • A friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
