Commercial Litigation Associate (non-partnership track)
Location: Morris County
Friday Services has partnered with a premier, top-tier regional law firm to find a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate. This is a full-time, non-partnership track position designed for legal professionals who excel in litigation and value a sustainable career path that prioritizes work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Assist with all phases of discovery, including interrogatories, document review, and depositions.
Participate in court appearances, hearings, and trials.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
1-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
Must be admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
A commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice.
Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this role is $74,500 – $90,750, commensurate with experience. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting our client’s commitment to their employees’ well-being.
