Our client, a top-tier business law firm in Morris County, is seeking a sophisticated and accomplished Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience to join their dynamic practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to support a broad-based real estate practice, advising a diverse portfolio of clients on complex transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess significant leasing experience and a comprehensive understanding of real estate law. Our client’s real estate practice is diverse, covering:
Representing landlords, purchasers, and developers: Guiding clients through transactions in thriving real estate markets.
Strategic workout advice: Providing counsel to distressed tenants and financial institutions during challenging economic periods.
Candidates must be admitted to the New Jersey Bar. Admission to the New York Bar is a plus.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $151,850 – $176,765. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, the applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, and any certifications or professional licenses held.
