Location: Fletcher, NC
Training Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (for the first few weeks)
Regular Shift: Monday evening – Friday morning, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay Rate: Starting at $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour after transferring to the night shift
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Off-Shift Line Lead to oversee production operations during night shifts. This role is essential for maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety standards across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of production line employees

Oversee production processes to ensure orders and deadlines are met

Organize and delegate tasks effectively among production workers

Monitor production flow and make necessary adjustments for efficiency

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

Uphold and enforce all company safety policies and quality control measures

Communicate effectively between production teams and management

Report and help resolve any issues or disruptions in the production process

Perform daily machinery safety checks and wear proper PPE

Operate various production equipment and use forklifts to move materials

Report daily labor into the ERP system

Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting preferred

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Dependable with a proven track record of strong attendance
