Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney (Non-Partnership Track) – Morris County, NJ
Friday Services is representing a premier regional law firm in its search for a Litigation Associate to join its Morris County office. This full-time, non-partnership track role is ideal for an attorney seeking substantive litigation experience in a firm that values work-life balance, collegiality, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assist in discovery, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions
Support litigation strategy and preparation for hearings, trials, and court appearances
Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and court personnel
Manage multiple assignments while meeting strict deadlines
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
1–5 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting
Bar admission in both New Jersey and New York required
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a litigation team
Professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical practice
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $74,500 – $90,750, based on experience and qualifications
