Looking for a Production Associate ready to wrangle machinery and keep products up to snuff with quality standards. This fast-paced role demands efficiency, attention to detail, and a no-nonsense approach to safety and production guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery by the book using process sheets and related documentation

Inspect and verify products meet quality standards; don’t let a bad apple through

Follow all safety procedures to keep yourself and your crew in one piece

Document and report production issues or irregularities without delay

Halt production if quality standards aren’t met—better safe than sorry

Pitch in with ideas for process improvements

Keep your workspace cleaner than a prize pig at the county fair
