Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Location: Arden, NC
What You’ll Do
Prepare and handle small parts for coating and packing
Dip parts into a plastic coating using a drill press (room temperature process)
Rack and organize small parts for production
Pack finished parts for shipment
Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe workstation
What We’re Looking For
Good eyesight and attention to detail
Ability to sit for most of the shift, with some standing required
Comfortable with repetitive hand/arm motions using small tools or equipment
Reliable and willing to learn — training is provided!
