Machine Operator – 1st Shift (Monday – Thursday)
Location: Fletcher, NC 28732
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Enjoy every weekend off!)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machines

Load and unload materials (up to 50 lbs.)

Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members to keep lines running smoothly

Comply with all safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Must be able to train on 1st shift for the first 2 weeks (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
