Pay Rate: $20.00+ DOE
Shift: Early Shift (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Overtime highly probable during peak season (March – September).
Position Overview:
The Tires Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, stocking, picking, and packing tires in a warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced setting with potential overtime.
Essential Functions:
Unload tire shipments, verifying delivery quantities and reporting discrepancies.
Label and stock tires according to company standards.
Pick and pack tires for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
Assist in other departments as needed to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility to work overtime and assist in different departments as needed.
Above-average math, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 65 lbs for extended periods.
Comfortable working on ladders and reaching heights up to 7 feet.
Ability to handle a handheld scanning device.
Must be able to move throughout the warehouse, including climbing stairs.
Ability to read from a screen and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
