We are seeking a proven visionary and execution-oriented General Manager to launch and lead our new commercial construction division. This executive will have full P&L responsibility, develop and lead a top-performing team, and drive the successful delivery of high-profile, design-focused commercial projects. This position will report directly to ownership and have a high degree of autonomy to shape the growth of the division.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and scale a high-performance commercial construction division aligned with the company’s luxury brand.
• Lead full lifecycle project delivery: preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, execution, closeout, and client handoff.
• Own P&L performance, ensuring revenue growth, margin integrity, and fiscal discipline across all projects.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of project managers, superintendents, and support staff with a commitment to
craftsmanship and client service.
• Collaborate with business development to secure and cultivate relationships with architects, designers, developers, and
high-end commercial clients.
• Ensure exceptional quality control and safety standards consistent with high-end commercial work.
• Lead executive reporting and communication with ownership on strategic planning, forecasting, and operational
execution.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 10+ years of construction leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive management role
overseeing commercial projects.
• Proven success managing $50M–$100M+ in annual commercial construction volume, managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Deep experience in luxury or design-forward commercial sectors such as boutique hotels, high-end retail spaces, and
private medical facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; PMP, CCM, or GC license preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a business unit, build culture, and execute complex initiatives with a long-term mindset.
• Strong financial and business acumen: budget ownership, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow management.
• A client-first mindset with polished communication and high emotional intelligence.
