The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 7 years of real estate finance experience with a strong focus on lender-side representation.

Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of real estate finance experience, particularly in lender representation
Expertise in loan structuring, documentation, negotiation, and closing processes
Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills
Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters with minimal supervision
Admission to the New York State Bar is required

Compensation:
The base salary range the firm reasonably expects to pay for this position is $323,475–$374,500. Actual compensation will be based on experience level, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
