Job Position: Blender
Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
Shift: DAY – 12hr 6a-6p
– Follow blending guidelines to meet specifications
– Match color, flavor, and quality attributes of juice
– Weigh and pump ingredients for batching
– Conduct quality checks before production
– Fill batch tanks using computer touch screen
– Research inventory needs and make batch corrections
– Scan batch formulas using handheld scanners
– Resolve batch errors
– Sanitize tanks and work areas
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
– Notify management of food safety concerns
– Follow SQF requirements
– Perform taste tests as needed
– Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Forklift certification
– Six months manufacturing experience
– Proficient in mathematics
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in food/beverage industry
– Excellent verbal and written communication
– Detail-oriented and able to multitask
– Excellent time management skills
– Ability to work independently
– Ability to work in a team setting
