Our client, an Am Law 200 firm known for its boutique-like culture, is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in complex bankruptcy matters, including transactional and litigation components.
• Work collaboratively with teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review detailed legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis to support case development.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and hearings.
• Deliver high-quality legal counsel that aligns with client objectives.
Qualifications:
• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant bankruptcy law experience; litigation experience is preferred but not required.
• Licensure: Admission to the Bar in one or more states where the firm has offices and where the attorney wishes to reside.
• Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary Range: $185,000 to $310,000, commensurate with experience.
