We are working with a highly reputable, award-winning regional law firm with several locations across the East Coast to find a talented Employment Law Associate. The firm is known for its excellence in client service, collaborative work environment, and commitment to professional development.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of employment law experience, including both transactional and litigation work. This role involves:

Counseling employers on various employment-related issues.

Representing employers in litigation matters.
Qualifications

Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required.

Admission to the New York Bar is a plus.

Proven experience in employment law matters, including strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $142,500 – $167,000 (depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors).
