Supporting Our Community
The Friday Cares initiative spans Western North Carolina (WNC), with a focus on local communities where our employees and candidates live and work. We have deepened our relationships with local nonprofits and expanded our program’s scope to include crisis response during natural disasters.
WHAT WE DO
We provide meaningful support to our employees, candidates, and community through direct assistance, volunteerism, and crisis relief. By addressing both immediate needs and long-term challenges, we foster a culture of compassion that strengthens lives and builds lasting community connections.

Our employees spend 50+ hours each year volunteering alongside not-for-profits. We mobilize employee-driven support through direct funding, monthly volunteer efforts, and rapid crisis response. By matching employee contributions, dedicating volunteer hours, and partnering with local nonprofits, we ensure our impact is both personal and far-reaching.
