We’re partnering with a highly reputable, award-winning regional law firm with multiple East Coast locations to find a talented Employment Law Associate. This firm is recognized for its outstanding client service, collaborative work environment, and dedication to professional development.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of employment law experience, encompassing both transactional and litigation work. This dynamic role involves:
Counseling employers on a wide range of employment-related issues.
Representing employers in various litigation matters.
Qualifications
New Jersey Bar admission is required.
New York Bar admission is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in employment law matters, along with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $142,500 – $167,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. The comprehensive benefits package includes:
