Job Position: Customer Service Manager for Wealth Management Firm

Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792

Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hr + DOE (pay negotiable upon full-time hire)

Shift: 8:30-5:30, 1hr. lunch break. Monday-Friday.

Dress: Business Casual, no jeans

Friday Services is seeking to fill a Client Services Manager position with a highly respected and recently recognized wealth management firm—named Most Trusted in Wealth Management by the 2025 J.D. Power Investor Satisfaction Study.

This contact-to-hire role supports a Certified Financial Planner and serves as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, most of whom are seniors. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives working independently in a confidential, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties: phones, emails, mail, scheduling

  • Open and transfer investment accounts; process distributions and trusts

  • Run financial reports and assist with compliance, licenses, and registrations

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation

  • Communicate via MS Teams with remote team members

  • Manage office operations solo the majority of the time

Requirements:

  • Background in finance/investment strongly preferred

  • High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and self-motivation

  • Comfortable working alone, meeting deadlines, and following federal guidelines

  • Strong computer skills (dual monitor use)

  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

  • Notary Public a plus

Interviews begin ASAP. The selected candidate will train alongside the current Client Services Manager for the month of May 2025.
