Job Position: Customer Service Manager for Wealth Management Firm
Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792
Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hr + DOE (pay negotiable upon full-time hire)
Shift: 8:30-5:30, 1hr. lunch break. Monday-Friday.
Dress: Business Casual, no jeans
Friday Services is seeking to fill a Client Services Manager position with a highly respected and recently recognized wealth management firm—named Most Trusted in Wealth Management by the 2025 J.D. Power Investor Satisfaction Study.
This contact-to-hire role supports a Certified Financial Planner and serves as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, most of whom are seniors. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives working independently in a confidential, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties: phones, emails, mail, scheduling

Open and transfer investment accounts; process distributions and trusts

Run financial reports and assist with compliance, licenses, and registrations

Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation

Communicate via MS Teams with remote team members

Manage office operations solo the majority of the time
Requirements:

Background in finance/investment strongly preferred

High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and self-motivation

Comfortable working alone, meeting deadlines, and following federal guidelines

Strong computer skills (dual monitor use)

Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Notary Public a plus
Interviews begin ASAP. The selected candidate will train alongside the current Client Services Manager for the month of May 2025.
