Seam Sealer Operator – 1st Shift | $15.50/hr
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00am–4:30pm
We’re hiring a Seam Sealer Operator for a growing production team in Asheville. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys hands-on work. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
• Operate seam sealing equipment following all quality and safety procedures
• Ensure seams are properly sealed with no puckers or defects
• Make repairs as needed or directed by supervisors
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate any issues with product or equipment
• Assist team members as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
• Comfortable using hands and upper body strength to handle materials
• Team player who can also work independently
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
Preferred:
• Previous manufacturing experience (not required)
