Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Friday Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for a full-time 3rd shift opportunity in Fletcher, NC. In this role, you’ll operate multiple machines, maintain production efficiency, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule
Training (1st Shift):
Monday – Thursday
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule (3rd Shift):
Monday – Thursday
8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Overtime:
Fridays as needed
Responsibilities
Operate and monitor multiple production machines.
Load raw materials and unload finished products.
Perform routine machine inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Verify products meet quality standards and specifications.
Enter labor and production information into the ERP system.
Package finished products for the next stage of production or shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.
Experience working with metal is a plus.
Ability to operate multiple machines simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and experience entering data into ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout a 10-hour shift.
