HR Coordinator / Generalist
Hendersonville, NC – Monday–Friday
$40,000–$55,000/year DOE

Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to support both recruiting and general HR functions in a growing organization. This role will manage the full recruitment cycle while also supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, resume review, interviewing, and scheduling with hiring managers
• Coordinate hiring process including offer steps, hiring kits, and onboarding documentation
• Track and follow up on all pre-employment paperwork to ensure timely starts
• Facilitate Day 1 handoff and onboarding coordination with HR team

• Support HR Generalist functions across the employee lifecycle
• Conduct new hire onboarding, orientation, and benefits presentations
• Assist with FMLA, workers’ compensation, and employee relations matters
• Maintain HRIS system and ensure accurate employee records and reporting

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in recruiting and HR support functions preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
