Assembly Worker – 3rd Shift | $18.00/hr
Location: Flat Rock, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
We’re hiring Assembly Workers for a great opportunity in Flat Rock. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great fit with a consistent schedule and competitive pay.
What You’ll Do:
• Assemble components and products to meet quality standards
• Use hand tools and equipment to complete tasks
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment
• Work with team members to keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable with good attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
