Production Team Lead

Pay: $22.50 per hour

Location: Arden, NC
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:30 PM

Looking for your next leadership opportunity? We’re hiring a dependable, hands-on Production Team Lead to help keep daily production and packaging operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working alongside a team, training employees, and helping meet production goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities and assign tasks based on priorities.

• Support production and packaging operations to meet productivity and quality goals.

• Train and guide team members on procedures, equipment, safety, and quality standards.

• Monitor workflow, identify issues, and communicate concerns to management.

• Ensure proper product handling, packaging, and labeling.

• Follow food safety requirements, sanitation procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience.

• Ability to lead by example and provide direction to coworkers.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Dependable attendance and attention to detail.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous Team Lead or production leadership experience.

• Food manufacturing, food packaging, or GMP-regulated experience.

• Experience training employees and troubleshooting production issues.
