Looking for a hands-on job where your mechanical skills can shine? We’re hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate and maintain fiber processing equipment!

⭐ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Feed materials into fiber processing machines
• Clean and maintain equipment during operation
• Make minor machine adjustments
• Perform baseline testing and monitor machine performance
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized

️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Mechanical experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Stand for up to 12 hours
• Bend and twist 20–30 times daily while carrying up to 20 lbs.
• Use material handling equipment
• Work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
