Description: SUMMARY: The Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through processing orders, inquiries, order management and billing. Works cohesively with other departments to develop goals, action plans, and time tables. As well as resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanges, refunds, or adjusting bills.
Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required • 5+ years of office administrative experience
Hours: 8a-5p, M-F (Flexible) 1 hr lunch, $18/hr.
