Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product and service information, and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to pre-qualify inquiries for product sales.
Schedule site visits for our sales team.
Provide customers with sales proposals and follow-up as needed.
Offer information about our range of products and services.
Identify and troubleshoot product-related issues and address customer concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and update them based on interactions.
Build and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving product offerings and services.
Coordinate with sub-contractors for equipment installations.
Manage inventory of new equipment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
Ability to establish strong rapport with clients.
Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with computer applications.
