CNC Machinist Jobs

Computer Numeric Control (CNC) equipment cuts and shapes metal. Many local manufacturers need skilled CNC Machine Operators to produce metal products or parts. This is a skilled trade that requires specialized training, but not a college degree. AB Tech and Blue Ridge Community College offer Basic Machining Certificate and higher-level courses that can give you the skills necessary to do this job.

 

Machine Operator Jobs

There are many types of industrial machine operator jobs available in Western North Carolina. Lots of local manufacturers need Injection Molding Machine Operators to run specialized equipment that shapes plastics in the manufacture of industrial parts. Machine operation and basic maintenance skills are required. A high school diploma, industry experience, or training from a technical school in plastic injection molding machine operation are typically required to get a job in this field.

 

Forklift Driver Jobs
