REMOTE SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER

The Position

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for devising and driving marketing strategies in support of business goals. In this role, you will ensure strategic alignment across sales, engineering, and marketing in the development of revenue-driving initiatives, demand generation, and sales enablement tools.

The Responsibilities

·      Manage the brand consistency in all external communications, Press Releases, outbound marketing, and co-branding

events with supplier partners.

·      Composes, develops, tracks, evaluates, and executes on marketing activities, strategies, campaigns.

·      Keep customers and partners aware of the value proposition through creative multi- channel campaigns, keeping the

company’s offering front of mind.

·      Collaborate across departments and functions to understand the scope of and communicate our unique value proposition

and position in the market.

·      Collaborates, takes part in, and coordinates tradeshows and onsite events.

·      Creates and updates marketing content and collateral, including Line Cards, Capability Statements, Solutions Briefs, White

Papers, Proposals, Data Sheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and others as needed.

·      Create reports and dashboards to communicate marketing results and goals.

·      Delegate tasks and projects to consultants or members of the marketing team

·      Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute the marketing strategy.

·      Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.

·      Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

·      Provides constructive and timely performance feedback.

Education & Experience & Abilities

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required

·      At least three years of experience in a related field in a marketing role at a B2B business

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

·      Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

·      Strong time management skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Strong leadership skills.

·      Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.

·      Ability to consolidate and simplify complex technical language.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.

·      Awareness of ABM methodologies.

·      Entrepreneurial and Growth-Mindset.

·      Previous experience in Sales and Proposal Writing, preferred.

·      Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot CRM, Canva, Google Analytics, Adobe or related software.
