Job Position: Sales Support / Assistant

Location: Asheville, NC 28813

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: 1st 8a-5 Mon-Fri


  • Role and Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.

    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

    • Communicate with customers via phone and email.

    • Assess customers’ current and future needs.

    • Stay knowledgeable about company products and services.

    • Coordinate service trips for sold products.

    • Handle administrative tasks like processing sales info and creating quotations.

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

    • Provide feedback for process improvements.

    • Perform other sales-related tasks as required.

  • Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • Associate’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication.

    • Strong time management and prioritization skills.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

    • Experience with ERP systems like Epicor and SAP.

    • Other skills include being a team player, attention to detail, multitasking, and working with urgency.
