Restoration Technician- Commercial/ Residential
Location: West Asheville, NC
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime Available | On-Call One Weekend Per Month
Friday Workforce Solutions is hiring a Restoration Technician for a local restoration company in West Asheville. This is a hands-on, physical role for someone who has worked in labor, construction, maintenance, or restoration and isn’t afraid to get dirty. Experience is required, but on-the-job training is provided to learn company processes and equipment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Responding to water damage, floods, mold, smoke, and fire cleanup jobs

Performing water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and smoke restoration

Setting up and monitoring drying equipment on job sites

Cleaning, maintaining, and organizing tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Assisting with small repairs and routine maintenance of equipment

Using a mobile device to document work and complete job paperwork

Showing up on time and working efficiently as part of a team

Providing professional, respectful service to customers during stressful situations
What We’re Looking For:

Previous hands-on labor experience required (restoration, construction, maintenance, cleaning, or similar)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Comfortable with physical work, lifting, and working in various environments

Willing to be on call one weekend per month and respond to emergency jobs
