Job Position: Production Associate
Location: Brevard, NC 28712
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shift: A Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
We are seeking a Production Associate to join our team, focusing on efficiently completing various production tasks to meet operational needs. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform essential production tasks including palletizing, case packing, blending, sanitation, inspections, and hand assembly.
Maintain pace with production requirements while ensuring compliance with GMPs and hygiene protocols.
Follow verbal and written instructions effectively and incorporate feedback as needed.
Rotate through different production areas and communicate operational needs, such as material requests or quality issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Ability to stand throughout the entire shift and lift/carry up to 15 lbs (occasionally up to 60 lbs).
Comfortable with bending, stooping, pushing, and other tasks requiring manual dexterity.
Possess visual acuity for product quality assessments and material inspections.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills, including weight calculations and color code recognition.
Ability to work at heights and adhere to all company policies outlined in the employee handbook.
