Production Associate

Pay Rate: $21.55/hour
Shift: B Shift – Monday–Thursday, 5:45 PM–4:15 AM

Job Summary

We are hiring Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting the production process through palletizing, case packing, blending, rework, and quality inspections.

The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and able to maintain a steady work pace while following instructions and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform palletizing, case packing, blending, rework, and quality inspection tasks.

• Maintain a consistent work pace to meet production goals.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all hygiene and safety requirements.

• Follow verbal and written instructions and accept feedback.

• Communicate with team members regarding material needs, quality concerns, and safety issues.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, twisting, and lifting.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production tasks.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
