Job Title: Precision Grinder (1st Shift)
Location: Flat Rock, NC 28731
Pay: $15.50 – $23.76/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate precision grinding machines

Produce ceramic or metal parts to tight tolerances

Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

Handle small, intricate components with accuracy and care

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work independently while meeting production goals
Qualifications:

Experience operating precision grinders preferred

Background in ceramic or metal manufacturing is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances

Good hand dexterity, especially with small parts

Reliable, punctual, and motivated to learn

Able to work independently with minimal supervision
