Job Details:
Position: Office Operations Specialist
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 – $25 per hour (based on Experience)
Location: Hendersonville, NC
Job Description:
As an Office Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our office’s day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to excel in a highly clerical environment. Essential Functions:
Specialize in general clerical and administrative duties
Take ownership of phone call handling and routing
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Oversee sales processing and payroll duties
Undertake light HR and accounting responsibilities
Execute other essential office tasks as required
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Training:
Proficiency in computer and data entry skills
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
Adeptness with UPS, FedEx, DHL domestic and international operations (a plus!)
Familiarity with M2M software (a plus!)
Education (minimum requirements/equivalent):
High School Diploma or GED
