Marketing Manager – B2B

The Marketing Manager – B2B is responsible for managing and supporting the growth of the client company which involves leveraging CRM systems to identify what works and what doesn’t, bridging gaps between departments or projects, and finding innovative solutions to drive growth and create a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with OEM and distribution marketing teams to ensure consistency, create joint marketing campaigns, and plan collaborative on-site events and tradeshows.

  • Keep customers and partners aware of the clients’ value proposition through creative multi-channel campaigns, keeping the company offering front of mind.

  • Manage marketing consistency in all external communications. Collaborate across departments and functions to understand the scope of and communicate the client’s unique value proposition and position in the market.

  • Manage and regularly provide updates and reporting through HubSpot CRM.

  • Collaborates, takes part in, and coordinates all elements of tradeshows, marketing, and onsite events.

  • Create reports and dashboards to communicate marketing goals and results.

  • Creates and updates marketing content and collateral via Canva and Adobe, including Line Cards, Capability Statements, Solutions Briefs, White Papers, Proposals, Data Sheets, PowerPoint Presentations, and others as needed.

  • Manage social media channels to ensure the client’s brand is represented authentically, in real time and with careful attention to detail.

  • Composes, develops, tracks, evaluates, executes, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, campaigns, and policies.

  • Delegate tasks and projects to consultants or other outside agencies as needed.

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required, or the equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum three years of experience in a B2B marketing or related field.

  • Financial Ability: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. General understanding of financial reporting and data.

  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Strong time management skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects, events, and initiatives.

  • Ability to set up and tear down tradeshow booths.
