Job Title: Inventory Control Associate

Location: Flat Rock, NC 28726

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour + DOE

Shift: Late Shift: Mondays 9:30am-6:30pm, Tuesdays-Fridays 10:00am-6:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cycle counting and stock checks in accordance with company standards

  • Move products to more desirable areas within the warehouse as needed

  • Condense inventory to optimize storage space for new inventory

  • Assist in resolving inventory issues and discrepancies

  • Communicate inventory concerns and updates to other branches and departments

  • Log and maintain MSO (Material Safety Data Sheet) files and distribute to dealers

  • Collaborate closely with the purchasing team for product review processes

  • Conduct regular checks on problem totes or areas of concern

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping standards

  • Adhere to all company safety rules and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of inventory control experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and reach a maximum height of 5 feet

  • Comfortable with extensive movement within the warehouse and use of ladders and stairs

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret information from a screen
