Job Position: HubSpot Administrator

Description:
The HubSpot Administrator will be responsible for owning all key aspects of HubSpot, ensuring it is configured optimally based on developed business requirements. Work cross-company to support and maintain the platform as business needs evolve and campaigns are brought to life. This individual will work in a supportive role to the inside and outside sales team on a day-to-day basis within HubSpot. This will include working hand-in-hand with sales, operations and in some cases the marketing team, to create/modify and measure sales-related workflows and help define optimal processes within HubSpot to support the organizational goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that internal processes are mapped correctly within the CRM system and followed from an accountability and reporting standpoint
- Work with internal and external business partners for the continuing optimization, maintenance, and change-management of systems and business processes
- Assist cross-functional teams with defining process requirements and change requests
- Support the development of new sales/business processes and/or enhancements to meet our business needs and improve as TEVET and the market we serve continues to evolve
- Define, create, update, and maintain workflows to support business processes and requirements
- Create and maintain documentation, including diagrams and explanations of how data flows in, out, and throughout HubSpot
- Create and maintain a roadmap of necessary changes and enhancements to the HubSpot configuration and infrastructure
- Track changes governed by changing business requirements
- Manage and maintain integrations with relevant third-party systems
- Provide day-to-day support on HubSpot, prioritizing and processing requests, including data imports/exports,enhancements, reporting, and other ad hoc requests
- Help with training as needed on HubSpot/TEVET processes and functionality
- Proactively manage and develop HubSpot data reporting that drives our business
- Monitor and maintain HubSpot infrastructure and data for integrity, accuracy, and connectivity
- In partnership with Marketing, lead efforts on HubSpot enhancements and product launches, sales campaigns, and implementations
- Responsible for building reports, managing dashboards, and creating workflows at the request of leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as HubSpot Administrator in a sales or sales support capacity, with experience in Sales Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer centric business environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously and successfully in a fast-paced environment Creative problem-solving skills
