Job Title: Packaging Associate – Food Production Facility
Location: Hendersonville, NC
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (10-hour shifts)
Compensation: $16.50 per hour

We are seeking Packaging Associates to join our team and ensure the impeccable packaging of our client’s delicious food products. As a vital member of their production facility in Hendersonville, NC, you will play a key role in upholding company standards and meeting production goals.
Responsibilities:
Pack food products according to required specifications and company standards.
Minimize breakage and product defects through careful handling and visual inspection.
Efficiently package finished products, ensuring proper labeling and presentation.
Work towards set goals while minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized production area.
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to quality control guidelines.
Requirements:
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking purposes
Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging role is a plus, but not required.
