Job Position: Floor Cleaning Tech
Location: West Asheville, NC 28806
Pay Rate: $16.00
Shift: 4pm-1am or 3pm-12am (needs flexibility dependent on customer needs)

Our client is looking for someone who is experienced, motivated and very dependable to join a growing team of professionals specializing in cleaning carpet, tile, upholstery, and many other hard surfaces. This is not a janitorial or housekeeping position.
Job Duties:
Carpet Cleaning
Upholstery Cleaning
Ceramic Tile and Grout Cleaning and Sealing
Stripping and Waxing VCT
All other Hard Surface Floor Cleaning
Using mobile devices for communication and enter information
Arriving on time to work and to appointments on the scheduled time
Cleaning and maintaining professional appearance of company vehicle and all equipment
Assist on small repair or maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools
Record paperwork properly
Requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Qualifications:
Must have a Valid Driver’s License with a good Driving Record
Must pass a Drug Test
Must be able to pass a Background Check
