Immediate opening for an experienced Architect for a luxury custom home builder located in Greenville, SC
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design $2M -$15M luxury custom homes
• Confer with clients, designer, and builder to understand and design project
• Create/modify architectural designs based on client/builder input and feedback
• Prepare blueprints
• Adhere to zoning laws and industry standards in design Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• 5 years’ experience in luxury home architectural design
• Licensed (Required)
• Extensive experience with Revit
• Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
