Position Overview:
As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations. You will be responsible for managing the accounting processes, inventory reconciliation, and data analysis. Your meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills will ensure the accuracy and transparency of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of inventory, accruals, and other general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
Accounts Payable: Code accounts payable invoices accurately to reflect the nature of expenses related to manufacturing.
Excel Mastery: Leverage your excellent Excel capabilities to analyze financial data, create reports, and streamline accounting processes.
Qualifications:
Prefer a minimum of a 2-year degree in accounting or a related field
